The coffee is cultivated using various varieties such as Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1700 meters, the coffee benefits from the clay mineral-rich soil. The beans are fully washed and undergo sun drying, further enhancing their quality and flavor.
