This book is suitable for those aged 16 and over. Many of the topics are of an adult nature, therefore not suitable for younger children. Parents and teachers however, can use it as a learning resource, as much of the content is suitable for younger children. I know many people that are suffering from ill health. Some of these people are in their forties. Their poor health however, would suggest they were in their seventies. A poor diet and lack of exercise can cause poor health at a young age.
