Good soup for on nights I just do not want to cook… we do though add on top, shredded sargento Mexican cheese and sour cream which we usually have them both …and chopped green onion and cilantro if we have both of them… and crushed tortilla chips if we have those… and squeeze of fresh lime juice if we have it… DELICIOUS BASE
