I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate for sleep, but I wouldn't consider me a magnesium glycinate connoisseur (lol) This one works really well and makes you sleepy enough to fall and stay asleep, but not so sleepy that you're groggy in the morning. A serving is 4 capsules for 500mg. I take all 4, but my husband and 13yr old son take 2 and it does what you're probably buying it for!

It make a huge difference in my fingernails

I have never had strong fingernails. I am 65 now and recently learned that someone with weak fingernails had started to take magnesium and it strengthened their nails. I decided to give it a try.
