The arms usually fit long on me with this type of jacket in a large but because it has an extra cuff with elastic inside for warmth it doesn't go over my wrists! It's a great purchase. It is heavy and very warm. Is also very pretty! You can dress it up or down.

Ordered one for each of my seven nieces, who are all in middle school or high school. They love them. Say they are really warm and the hood protects their head and face. Also washes very well. Ordered them one size larger, on purpose, so that they will get two years of wear out of them. The coats wash so well and are made so well , I have no doubt that some of them will be passed down. I wish they had a version for little girls.

Nice winter coat

I got this coat because it looked nice and warm, and it definitely is! The color is nice- exactly what the picture showed, and aside from the fact that we've had one of the weirdest winters in my life with very few snow storms, it has been cold and windy, and the coat was perfect. The hood is a bit big, and the coat itself is a bit snug so I might suggest a size up from your normal size, but otherwise it has been absolutely great!
