Good supplement
These pills are easy to take. The size of it is like your average pill. I have been taking them for a few weeks and will continue to take them. I feel it helps me. The quality is great. I take these on top of my other vitamins and everything is going good. I don't think anything needs changing. They have no scent or aftertaste to them. I usually take them after a meal.

Walking with ease
have a knee injury from over 30yrs ago and also have had trouble with my joints. Once I started taking these capsules my knee feels alot better and my joints don't hurt as much. I started taking them the day I received them, but I forgot about them and didn't take them for a few days. When I hadn't taken them my knee started hurting again and I remembered I had the capsules. I really like these pills and the effective results.

potent dosage
I have found that glucosamine helps reduce bursitis flare-ups tremendously, but it's often difficult to find the potent stuff for a reasonable price. This appears to be a moderately priced brand, and the quality of this glucosamine has been as good as it has ever gotten for me. While I normally have to take one gram doses of the lower quality stuff, with this I only have to take 100mg - which is the dead giveaway that this is a highly potent formulation. The pill size is manageable - I am uploading a photo of it next to a hairpin to show its exact size. I take one in the morning and one at night along with 100mg of hyaloronic acid, and it really helps prevent my joints from locking and popping when I'm using them during the day.
