I am not sure what is the deal here. Shampoo came in a grey bottle, but the shampoo itself feels more like a body lotion. I thought that felt odd, but tried it anyway. Does not lather AT ALL. And left my hair feeling greasy, like I had too much conditioner in it. Actually, it acted and felt like it was the conditioner instead of the shampoo? For the record, have used Redken Frizz Dismiss before and loved it. This… ugh. Plan to return
