I am wildly impressed by the quality of this bed frame. The instructions to get it assembled were not 100% clear, so that was annoying, but the actual quality of the product is chef's kiss. Wood is solid. It's stable, not wobbly. I'm considering getting my other kid the exact same bed frame. 10/10 would buy again.

Pleasantly surprised!
Honestly, I'm quite shocked by the quality of this bed. I'm not typically a review writer but I'm so please with this bed, especially for the price, that I couldn't not share. I have a West Elm frame I paid three times as much for that's not nearly as good quality. I love that this bed has a metal support bar running down the middle, which makes it feel very sturdy. Also, the design details are surprisingly well planned. The frame has two dowels that match up to two holes on the two sets of slats, making it easy to get the slats positioned correctly and allowing them to stay securely in place. (The slats are also connected by a velcro strip that attaches to the frame--genius!) The slats also have anti-slip tape to help keep the mattress in place. Easy to put together on my own. Took me about 45 minutes, including 10 minutes of unpackaging (this thing was packed well!) Bed shown with 12" mattress so you can get a better sense of the headboard height.
