Instead, I received a padded envelope with a letter, but "No Chain." The letter stated: "There was an error priced for this item so we have processed your full refund. I have placed 2 calls to this phone number: 281-571-3291; I called on: Ap.17 %26 Ap. 17, 2025, detailing what I purchased, when it was purchased, the order number, the total amount I paid with tax $162.38; along with leaving my name %26 phone number. 4th- There has been absolutely "no response" from this company!!! 5th- Additionally, they have "not" refunded my $162.38; however, my credit card shows they "did charge" $162.38 and there was "No" Refund issued!!! I am very upset, for all the reasons mentioned above and would "NOT" Recommend this company!!!
