Warranty information
All returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions.
Returned items must be in a re-salable condition. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or signs of being installed will not eligible for credit.
Customer must call in or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of receipt of products.
If there is no problem found with the product and it is returned due to ordering the wrong item or changed mind, there will be a 15% restocking fee and a 25% fee for special order items and shipping charges will not be refunded.
