great for trans people trying to bind

This bra has been really helpful for me as someone who is pre-t nonbinary ftm. I had previously tried out a binder but it didn't work so great, so I thought I would try a compression bra. In my opinion, it works in the same way, and compresses my chest enough for me to feel comfortable and not feeling dysphoric. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for alternatives to a binder or just something to compress your chest. Also, if any trans person sees this...make sure to bind safely.

A Very Good Sports Bra

This is a good no frills sports bra. It provides adequate support for most of my activities, it's very comfortable, runs true to size and holds up well in the wash. The racer back design and bottom support band do a good job of keeping everything in place during workouts. Just keep in mind that there is zero padding for modesty.
