I would likely rate it 5 stars if there were no paint flaws on the back of the chair. The paint came off while unwrapping, as if it was a stronger cling wrap rather than tape. Nevertheless, assembling the chair with just one person is extremely easy. It reclines more than expected, which is a nice surprise. The chair feels comfortable. Since it is a gift, I will consider updating my review if I can receive a new one without the paint defect.

I had been experiencing significant back pain and eventually discovered that it was caused by my old chair. This chair turned out to be a wise purchase. While some reviewers mentioned receiving lumbar support, I was informed that it was no longer available. I believe I would prefer it with that feature. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent chair. I opted for roller blade wheels, and I have heard that the customer service is exceptional in case of any problems.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for. I switched from a cushiony executive chair to this ergonomic one, and I now sit much more comfortably every day. The only problem I encountered was that there was a strip of tape on the silver part at the back of the chair, and when I removed it, the paint came off as well. Additionally, I upgraded the wheels to faster roller wheels, although the original wheels were perfectly fine.
