They feel like a treat with their creamy / crunchy texture and touch of sweetness, with only 1 g of sugar. As a health coach I love that they're made with whole foods, like nuts and seeds -providing 9 g of fiber, about 30% of my daily goal. I've been so disappointed by the pricey ultra-processed protein bars I've tried. I'm glad I found one that's healthier, tastier and more affordable than most.

Best Protein Bar I've Every Had
Because I exercise often, I am always looking for ways to increase my protein intake. Protein bars are one of several sources I rely on. The problem has always been the amount of added sugar. Almost every protein bar I have seen (and I've seen 50 ) has very close to the same amount of added sugar as protein. As research tells us, added sugar is unhealthy. I've always liked Kind Bars for their choice of natural ingredients, and have been eating the earlier versions of their bars (5/6/7 grams of protein) for almost 10 years. I really love these new bars. I hope they sell well, I'd be so disappointed if they are discontinued.
