easy build
this young man, Marie , was speedy and fast. he was assigned to build a steel bed frame, then inset my electric bed into it for more stability. he said it won't need the support straps on the bed frame. so l am sure they put them in the box ,? so for that reason , I give him 3 stars because he knows better than the designer. since this bed was designed for supporting an electric bed. Now as for Angi app, the communication between the angi app and handy person is very bad. he was to arrive at 10 am, but did not return any of our messages unti 630pm. So I had to wait all day. and he gave excuses why he was late, saying; other job took longer. I wont use Angi again. Angi stars 1. he left the box of support bars under the bed in a box. since he says i wont need them.?????? why not cause the 2 beds have legs.????
