Lindt EXCELLENCE Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bar, 3.5 oz

I love dark chocolate and decided to grab this Excellence bar from Lindt on a recent shopping trip. This bar has the perfect amount of chocolate to fruit ratio. The dark chocolate itself is a medium dark, not too bitter and not too sweet. There are bits of what looks like freeze dried raspberry throughout the bar, adding a nice crunch and natural flavor. Sometimes candy can claim to have fruit flavor but it tastes very fake, but this raspberry tastes very natural and sweet, not fake at all. Really great treat!

It's literally the most amazing piece of chocolate I've ever had. I'm not even crazy about raspberry but this is such a subtle flavor mixed with dark chocolate goodness. It's like unwrapping a beautiful gift opening the bar itself. The squares are perfectly sized and just the right thinness. It has a slight crunch. Every bite is magical. The texture, the rich flavor, everything about it is pure perfection. It doesn't melt in your hand; but it's the creamiest, smoothest dark chocolate. It pairs perfect with wine after dinner. Lindt has set the standard for luxury, high quality chocolate. I'll be buying other options for myself and as gifts for the holidays. I can't recommend this chocolate bar enough.
