Open and check! Poor Customer Service

Did not build the cruiser right after received the box and missed the return windows. The set missed 3 pieces, two unique one and one common parts. Went to Mega Bloks Online Request Center and it don't even allow people to request the missing pieces. Turn to contact the Mattel Mega Bloks customer service. Receive acknowledgement in one day and then no responses at all after a week.
