Solid Locker - Substandard Lousy Shipping.

The actual item was fine…it’s just everything before it got to me and taking it out of the box was messed up. First the shipping from Texas got here late after being shipped to local So Cal warehouse then something went wrong and it was shipped all the way back to the manufacturer and then returned to me. Worst part was when it got here there were two big hole/gashes in the cardboard packaging on both sides of the container and the entire bottom end of the package was torn off being held together by the scrap of flap. Luckily there was original company protective padding in the box around the cabinet but whatever hit it still left dents on the steel doors inside the shipping box. It must have taken a pretty big jolt. Also two of the metal channels that hold it together were bent and I had to hammer them back into place. All-in-all not tragic but still the same it was a bit of a pain to get some of the repaired pieces together. In general I think the actual product was solid and packaged well but the delivery wasn’t very good.

Not worth it.

Does not fit many long guns, if you have rifles, they will not fit with the shelf in it. The foam gun holders do not stay on the sides of the cabinet. This was bought as a Christmas gift, and I wish I would have returned it, but it's all put together now. My son does like the fingerprint, code and key option to open it but overall, not a good gun safe.
