I had bought one of these prior to this one. and loved all the features to it the variety in chimes and how loud it can get for you to hear it. it also has a light on it so that when somebody presses the button the light goes off too. and then one day it just quit so I decided to buy it again with two because the first time I wish that I had one downstairs and then one upstairs of course now it's just perfect in our house

To answer your statement about the chime stopped working one day, there are a couple of reasons this could happen. 1) The batteries died. 2) Someone accidently touched the button to pair the chime to the push button. In either case, you would need to re-pair the chime to the push button. You can always call our customer service team at 855-232-6423 and they can assist you with this process. Thank you.

Volume and melody selections are great. Range is great. We use it for our order window. The button holds up to hundreds of uses. There is even a color wheel that flashes. This is great when you are in a loud area.

Terrific buy!

So easy to set up and install. Just insert the batteries and choose the sound/song/melody for the receivers. The sound volume has multiple levels. No need to put anything in sync--it is already pre-set. I like the fact that I can move the receiver around with me from my office space to me bedroom. A terrific addition.
