The 1" standard extension is designed to work with Grey Pneumatic 1" drive sockets. It features a locking pin, which is a spring-loaded pin. To use the locking pin, simply line it up with the socket retainer hole and press the pin. Then to release the socket, insert the object through the retainer hole and press the pin.
