For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Exactly right - Great colors, feels nice underfoot
I'm sure someone could find an issue with this rug, but it's the first I've bought for myself and I love it. The colors and shapes make me happy, and it is nice and substantial underfoot. The corners took a bit to completely lie flat, but it seems normal. I've had the rug for about a month.
