Size runs small and not quite a pictured.

I ordered an extra large because this looked so comfy and I wanted it to have that oversized look, like the picture. The sizing is WAY off. I would say the size I received is more comparable to a medium. It also doesn't look quite as cute as pictured. I would be okay with it not being exactly as pictured if the size were even close to what I wanted.
