Mascara - Start from the base of the lashes and comb them with zigzag motions up to their tips. We suggest applying mascara with several strokes, going from one eye to the other until you get the volume you are looking for. For that final touch, use the tip of the applicator vertically. Eye Pencil - Starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, follow the natural lash line. If you are looking for a shaded effect use either the smudger on the other end of the pencil, or the Eye Blending Brush, by PUPA Milano. Do the same on the lower eyelid. The shading works as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps increase its hold and allows a homogeneous application. The pencil can be applied on the waterline, as well, for an intense effect.
