  • Made from Embossed Texturized CPE Material: Made from embossed plastic film coated with Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer (CPE). This coating adds an extra level of protection to the gowns as they are chemical and oil resistant, as well as exhibiting flame retardancy and tensile strength. Overall, our CPE coating makes a tougher gown.

    Precision Cutting of Gown Pattern: Precision computer-controlled machines are utilized to fine-cut every isolation gown to perfection. This resulted in smooth clean edges with no fray or lint. Speed and efficiency allow us to produce millions of gowns per day.

  • Thermally Fused Seams: All seams are thermally fused for durability and to prevent leakage. Compared to sewn seams, this fused method provides superior overall seam integrity which allows our gowns to pass AAMI Level 3 / Level 4 tests. (tested according to ANSI/AAMI PB70-2012, AATCC 42-2017, and AATCC 127-2018 protocols performed by SGS in 2020.)

    Each Gown is Separately Folded for Easy Take-Away: Our gowns are individually folded before placing into poly bags, making it easy to take away one gown at a time. We sweat the details so you don't have to.
