Very pleased. These chairs are sturdy and look great

Bought these for my kitchen island. Cushioning is firm but good. Look great and the poly type material feels very tough like it will hold up good. Assembly was easy, but lots of hex screws to tighten. Assembly took about 15 minutes per chair. Took longer to unpack and flatten all the boxes and packing materials. Very sturdy chairs. And they look great.

Bad customer service

We ordered 3. Two were easy to assemble. However, one of that chairs was not drilled/manufactured properly and was impossible to assemble and I have to return. I called customer service and they were not friendly... they are charging me for another chair and sending ground shipping next week, it will be about 2 weeks. After they get my damaged one back they will credit me for that damaged chair. Don't love that system. Plus, I have to haul this giant box to fed ex as they won't pay for pick up. Based on the policy I won't use hayneedle again. Sadly, because the 2 chairs that were not damaged look great and the price was good.
