The shipping was quicker than expected. The packaging was excellent even though it was raining outside. And never got wet when on wrapping the cooling Mat it inflated. And expanded very rapidly did not have to adjust it. Cool to the touch as it describes in the description of the sale. Has the interlocking bag to put it in plus this sack itself? The removable top for washing is excellent. Easy to install. My dog loves it, put it on the floor he was one in seconds. Thank you very much.

I got this orthopedic dog bed for my 13 y/o black lab with arthritis.
