I get too cold or too warm very easily. These leggings are warm, but not too warm to wear on a shopping trip or in the office all day. I live half a mile from my office, and these keep me warm enough on my bike on 30-40 degree days if there's not too much wind. If it's colder than that, windy, or rainy, I wear rain pants or snow pants over them and I'm fine. Haven't needed the snowblower yet this year, but I'll try to remember to update this review with how the leggings perform do if/when I need to use the snowblower.
