• Each piece has an antique finish to enhance its authentic appearance and comes in a John Wick book style box with the number nine certificate of authenticity.
• Obverse: Features an ornate rope pattern along the edge of the piece. Within this is an arch of 6-pointed stars alternating with hemispheres. In a reflected lower arch reads the words "QUOD . DEBITUM . SANQUINE." At the center is a circular door with a hinge on the left. The door has a crown at the top with an ornate grapevine pattern surrounding a human skull in side profile. This door opens to reveal the metal weight and purity on the inside back while the inner circle has a unique pattern matching the piece from the movie.
• Reverse: The back of the oath marker shares a similar outer rope-like pattern with a concentric circle of 6-pointed stars alternating with hemispheres. The piece has a gentle convex slope indented by a shallow convex circle within which is stamped the same symbol pattern as the replicas used in the films. On either side of this symbol are heraldic lions and below this circle are the Roman numerals "CMXXX.V" designating John Wick's marker number.

In the John Wick Universe, The High Table and the Continental Hotel are central authorities of the criminal underworld. They only have two rules: no blood is to be spilled on Continental grounds and all markers must be honored. A blood oath marker is a contract bound by blood with death as its consequence for refusal. John Wick first left the criminal underworld by enlisting the help of a member of one the of the 12 families of the High Table, Santino D'Antonio, to pull off a final impossible task required of him to retire. In exchange, John Wick sealed a blood pact with D'Antonio through the use of a blood oath marker. When called upon to fulfill the marker, John Wick would nearly break the second rule of the Continental before ultimately breaking the first.
