good taste and very nutritious

It can last twice as long, the ingredients are good quality, and we haven't experienced the benefits directly yet, as it's not used very often. It enriches the diet and the portions go further. I don't use it very often, and the size is fine. For ages 18 and up. The packaging is adequate. What I like most is the flavor and that it can be mixed with other foods.

Delicious chocolate protein shake for kids

TruHeight Growth Protein Shake is a fantastic product for kids. The chocolate flavor is delicious and kids love it. It is packed with protein and nutrients to support healthy growth and development. The powder mixes easily with milk and has a smooth creamy texture. No artificial aftertaste. The large 720g jar provides great value. We have noticed our kids are more energetic since starting this shake. Highly recommended for growing kids!
