How to Make a Photosensitive Seal
(1) First, use typesetting software to typeset the seal. Due to the high clarity of the photosensitive seal, many photosensitive seal typesetting software currently has the ability to program fingerprint security, border security, pinstripes, etc. Users can use the randomly generated anti-counterfeiting lines to typeset anti-counterfeiting seals.
(2) Use a laser printer to type the seal draft. After the seal is well typeset, it is necessary to use the laser printer to print the chapter draft on sulfuric acid paper or transparent film. At this point, the laser printout needs to have sufficient blackness and uniformity, otherwise, it will seriously affect the production quality of the photosensitive seal.
(3) Exposure with photosensitive seal machine: the printed chapter draft of a sulfuric acid paper or film covered with transparent exposure film and a photosensitive seal pad. How to Add Printing Oil to the Photosensitive Stamp
The working principle of the photosensitive stamp machine is to use the optical principle to print the text and pattern on the special photosensitive pad by light. Therefore, when adding oil, only a small amount of oil should be applied to the surface of the word with lines, and after a few minutes, the oil that has not penetrated the surface can be wiped clean with a soft paper towel. On the other hand, too much printing oil can not be penetrated in a short period of time and will only pollute the seal frame.
