Easy to assemble

REALLY SHOULD HAVE - IN BOLD, HIGHLIGHTE TEXT - THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT NOT STANDING UPRIGHT UNTIL THE BACKING IS ATTACHED. I did just that and it cracked and broke the shelves in a couple of places. Otherwise this product is easy to assemble and all the predrilled holes were very accurate, making the screws easy to put in.

Sad about silver screws and bubbling

I am disappointed that all the screws are bright silver. It comes with stickers to over them up, which was great except on one side the screws are not flush no matter how much I try to screw them in without stripping them, so the stickers do not stick and actually stick out a lot. The other two pieces of Sauder furniture I purchased have black screws. The top part of the cubby has bubbles in the finish which really is disappointing.
