These glow stick hats are the best!! We purchased these hats to wear for a glow party at my daughters school. She got so many compliments. They were multicolored and glow so bright. It takes a little effort to put them together because they dont come with instructions. Pay close attention to the picture on the packaging and you'll be fine. There are enough pieces to put together 2 hats. They are on the small side, even for my kindergarten aged child. Still cute and a lot of fun. We really enjoyed this product.
