Dynamic RedMere Solution
RedMere Technology uses an embedded active chip in the display (TV) connector that draws extra power from the source device. The RedMeret chipset uses processing technology to boost the signal and reduce data loss on each channel. This results in a cable that is 70% thinner, can bend up to 180°, and still utilize a full 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth.

Important Notes
- Cable is NOT bi-directional. The larger TV connector must be must be connected to the output display side even when using adapters or couplers
