$60 WASTED AND NO WORD/HELP FROM WALMART!!!!

These gloves DO not keep my fingers warm AT ALL. I purchased from Walmart; it seems they're actually sold by Morvat. Walmart said Morvat would get back to me within 2 days; it's over a week - AND TWO REQUESTS TO WALMART - and I haven't heard ONE WORD. I want to return these and get a refund. The gloves I have are a waste of money. I'd suggest ONLY buying from Walmart within their stores; they're not standing up for the gloves I purchased!!!! $60 WASTED!!!!!
