Terrible customer service

Takes weeks to get it, didnt have shipping updates for over a week, walmart offered a refund and before i got it, i finally received the computer. No refund obviously but they didnt email me or anything to let me know or ask me to return it. They also offered a gift card and never received it. Terrible customer service had to talk to them about 5 times. Will not be shopping and ordering online from here or from this Distributor
