A 26 quart oven for $68 is a great deal from Wal Mart.. This held two small turkeys and drumsticks. The first use can cause a bit of a burn smell from the heating elements but the contents in the pan were fine. It did not do it after the first few minutes. I have several of these pans and they will cook a turkey, hen or ham in a much quicker and easier to clean up method than the oven. You can use the roaster bags in these if you protect the bag from the rack by using a silicone mat. Don't let the bird touch the sides of the pan - it may sear it where it touches., depending on your heat setting. Using these roasters allows you to keep the oven open for keeping other dishes warm. We use 3 of these and several crock pots regularly to make meals for 50-100 folks. All the brands are about the same. I just replaced my first one that was over ten years old because someone knocked it off the counter. They are a good deal for the price. I have at least two of this brand, and no issues. Just please (all manufacturers) please use more contrast on the labels - it is hard to see black writing on a dark metal for older eyes.

my 23 lb turkey slide into this with space to spare. heats quickly and is fairly easy to clean. don't forget to run it empty several times to burn the residue from manufacturing off.
