i am very impressed how well these gummies are working. i love how within one week i could feel results. my boating in way down to almost gone! ive even lost 1lb. without even trying or doing any different. i take 2 gummies at 7am 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach and dont even get hungry until about 12/12:30. And that means ALOT coming from a big girl who likes to eat lol. i have even noticed im not wanting a second helping of food, i highly recommend buying these if you deal with bloat, snack cravings, or over eating.
