First one was a flop, but they sent a better one right away.

So, the first necklace I received had some pitting on the pearls and the wrong color metal (I ordered yellow but they sent white gold clasp). I returned it and asked for better quality on the pearls and correct metal. New version is gorgeous and much nicer. So, if you don't like the quality of what you get, don't hesitate to return it and you might get what you want. I am delighted in the final product.
