Microporous Silica Membranes and Separation of Multi-Component systems (Paperback)

This book deals with deriving the properties of the microporous silica membranes from first principles and also investigates the feasibility of application of the currently available silica membranes in separation of carbon dioxide in IGCC process. Separation of multicomponent gas mixtures in membranes is also reviewed in this work and shortcut methods are provided for different flow configurations.
