Quality Not as Expected from This Reputable Brand

The chair is skimpy on padding, the fabric is thin, and the backrest does not provide comfortable support for the head and neck. The gray color is not as expected, as it has a dull undertone. The fabric may not hold up well over time. It is super easy to assemble and has a smooth glider/rocker action. The recliner action is stiff and difficult to manipulate. Also, the reclining function does and moves out of position unless you are fully sitting up or fully reclined.
