i was unable to return this item though return policy said its returnable. the return option was not available on the Walmart app and customer service said they have to check as its a third party vendor. Though Walmart customer service desk was very helpful, but ultimately couldn't return this item as vendor declined

Defective watch

Ordered this watch on April 30, 2017 and got a defective watch. I tried contacting the seller and there has been no response for more than 3 weeks now. Poor product and customer service. Going to submit a complaint to walmart market place.
