I was told by my doctor that lysine helps prevent canker sores in my mouth so I'm going to try it. Walmart Always has good prices on their vitamins and minerals.

Good Ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read up on the benefits of taking this supplement and they are excellent for someone like me. Love that the ingredients don't include gmo's, gluten and are vegan, as I do not eat meat. The packaging is easy to use with a flip top. They seem to be a good value for the money but fair warning; they are LARGE. You can cut them in half though, there is a line to break them apart to make them easier to swallow.
