This item works well if you know how to put it on correctly. I tried to put it on behind my ears and it slid off. I tried to put it on in front of my ears and it slid down in the front. I next tried to put my hair in a pony tail and the band still slid off. I think the only way to wear this is to put the band across your forehead and slide it over your head I would like to know how to wear this to keep my hair out of my eyes
