Does what is is supposed to do - no frills

Works - may not become the prized possession of your tool box, but "cost effective" solution. The review about the screws to get the back off, it is true. You are going to need a thin screwdriver, electrical type - Phillips. But does come with battery included.

Couldn't access tester to insert battery

After spending about 15 minutes trying to unscrew the screws to remove the back panel to insert the battery, I gave up. The screws would turn but didn't unscrewed. The unit goes back to the store tomorrow. I should have known better than to buy this from Walmart. Junk! I do moderate home improvement and automotive repair so removing screws is a pretty easy thing to do.
