I'm 5'7, 133 pounds and got the medium. its every bit as nice as the picture shows. it is somewhat sheer though, so will need a camisole underneath. that said, i love it.

This is so pretty and delicate. There is a "slight" scratch to the cut out sleeves, and putting a sweater on does not work, but the sweater part is very comfortable.
