Very comfortable
Buying furniture online is difficult, but this ended up being the right choice for us. It is firm yet comfortable and we couldn't be happier with this couch. Shipping was a nightmare through Wal-Mart and had to be ordered 3 times, but after about 6 weeks it arrived in 3 boxes on a pallet. Putting it together is easy, though the instructions are incorrect in terms of what washer to use for particular parts.
