Same OEM part but didn’t come with the bumper hanger

Just came with the top part or actual bumper loop but didn’t receive the bumper hanger that connects to the front bulkhead/diff case. Now I have to contact horizon and get a replacement when it should have came with both as stated in the exploded diagram. Was so ready to put the car back together.
