The original Ultimate chess pieces are making their debut in a new wooden form with these beautiful ebonized and boxwood pieces with a 3.75 inch king. The base size has been widened so the weight could be increased. At 3.527 lbs., it is one of the heaviest wood sets for its size on the market. The beautiful wooden chess board is generously sized with 2.25 inch squares. The wenge dark squares and the sycamore light squares go well with the gorgeous wooden, chess pieces. Board weighs 5.6 lbs.
