I agree - this new formula is awful!
I have been using the Nice n Easy shade 9 G light golden blond for as long as I can remember. I noticed that the last two packs I bought had a new model image on the front and it never crossed my mind that perhaps the actual product has changed. But I have just read these reviews and it appears to be that the formula has changed ….. and I agree, for the worst! My hair looks and feels awful after colouring it a couple of days go. It's flat, lifeless and a horrible monochrome colour. I would never have imagined such a change in a product. So, I won't be buying any more. Such a pity as it was so good.

With our new packaging designed to point out the conditioning benefits, it still offers the same conditioning care that you have grown to love. Nice ’n Easy now has a new look but the same hair color formula you love-it is still oil infused color. Nonetheless, this is not the experience we want you to have and these results can be factors on a few different variables. Terrible. Do not use the new formula
The new formula is terrible! I'm so disappointed and will have to find a new hair dye now. At first I thought's it was just me so I tried again but the same terrible results and now checking the internet I can see that I am not the only one having this issue. I just don't see how the new formula passed testing. To make matters worse I stocked up as I have so many trips and events coming up that I wanted it in the house ready to go. What a waste.

New formula is shocking
Have used this for two years and the change in formula has absolutely ruined the product. Doesn't even dye new growth properly. Colour doesn't stick so now I am left with banding that can be seen when I am in daylight. I beg please change the formula back to old one I can't cope.
