Beautiful area rug made from high quality wool / cotton. Love the classic design and color. I would describe the color as ivory with more of a gray than yellow undertone. My only issue is that it was to be placed by the bed and the first thing to step on in the morning with bare feet. The stiff loops make it very uncomfortable. May reluctantly have to return
