Laptop came in OEM packaging. I would have thought they would put it inside of another box not only to protect the valuable item from damage but also to prevent theft, as there was a "no signature required" so they would have left it on/near the front door. Easy for someone to steal. Item booted up with no problems, setup was very quick. VERY LITTLE "Bloat" software. The wireless AC is a blessing. Very fast when accessing the internet. I also bought 16GB of ram to replace the existing 4GB. What a difference it made. Cold boot took significantly less than a minute. Login was also very fast. *Shipping: Walmart could improve the shipping status. To really track the item you need to copy and past the tracking number into the shippers website to see details on the shipping status. Other than that it was very quick shipping to Hawaii.

Great laptop for the money

Everything worked from the get-go, no problems with anything so far. The latest drivers were also installed from factory, so no need to worry about that. There was a significant speed improvement when I installed the latest Bios that they have on their Support web page. What a difference the right Bios makes.....
